We are excited to be working with the following initiatives:

Karrot is a 1m+ police-led youth project for 11-15yr-olds in the
London Borough of Southwark. It aims to reduce truancy and youth crime
and increase citizenship and positive behaviour in the community through
a reward scheme, a mobile internet cafe and an activities programme, all
supported by the project's website

The Karrot Fashion Show is the latest exciting addition to the
programme. On the evening of 2nd September 2003, 300+ young people from Southwark will come together to put a show in the Turbine Hall at the Tate Modern.

Young people associated with Karrot will design every garment on the catwalk. ethically me will work closely with one such young designer to mentor and support them. Even other essentials such as hair, make-up and music will be the product of the young people's hard work.

Over the next six months the world of fashion will be coming to the
doorsteps of Southwark's youth. The Karrot Team are glad that ethically
me have chosen to get involved in this inspirational work.
